Grand Café｜齋堂 地基進入施工。 這是瑪南瑜伽母閉關中心第一個可以完成、也可以被驗證的建築里程碑。
The Grand Café foundation goes into construction. It is the first building milestone at Yogini Retreat Manang that can be completed, and verified.

The thaw, and building upward
現階段規劃有三個方向:
Three directions are planned at this stage:

| 閉關房第一階段 First stage of the retreat cottages | 21 間閉關房分階段施工，逐步形成真正可以住下來閉關的條件。 The 21 cottages are built in stages, gradually creating conditions where someone can actually stay and practise. |
| 園區水系與基礎設施 Water system and infrastructure | 進行必要整地、擋土、排水、供水與其他基礎工程，為後續建築建立穩定條件。 The necessary ground works, retaining, drainage, water supply and other infrastructure, giving later buildings stable ground to sit on. |
目前數字仍屬規劃與推估。實際地基施工已顯示， 早期估算與瑪南當地人工、材料及運輸成本可能有差距。
The current figures are still planning estimates. Building the foundation has already shown that early estimates can differ from real labour, material and transport costs in Manang.
因此，在 SMA 與 IDCES 完成新的工程量清單與現場報價以前， 不先對外公布尚未確認的 2027 總工程額。 下一階段的公開目標，將以更新後的工程量、實際報價與可驗證的施工範圍為準。
So until SMA and IDCES have completed a new bill of quantities and on-site quotations, we will not publish a 2027 total that has not been confirmed. The next public target will follow the updated quantities, the actual quotations, and a scope that can be verified.
